Enabling Auto Email
To use the MarketSharp Email feature, it first has to be enabled in the Admin section. To do this, first navigate to your System Administration page.
Next, locate the Email Setup box and click the MarketSharp Email Setup link.
Place a checkmark in the box next to Enabled. This will populate your Company Contact Info. This is used to create your account in Sendgrid, our 3rd party email provider. This information will also display at the bottom of your email templates near the unsubscribe links, as required by the CAN-SPAM act. Verify the information is correct then click Save Changes.
After that, you are ready to start emailing from MarketSharp! Feel free to send yourself a test email to make sure everything is running smoothly.
