How to Create a View

Custom Views allow for additional data columns to display in List View that aren’t already present in the Default View

 Creating a View 

Go to the Contacts Tab

Go to the List View for the section of Contacts the custom View should be created in

Click Add to the right of the View drop-down

Click on fields wanted in the Available Fields box, and use the arrow to move them over to the Selected Fields to Display box.  Last name and first name are required.  The order the columns appear can be changed using the arrows to the right of the Selected Fields to Display box.


Once all fields are chosen, click Save.  The View is now available to select from the View drop-down list
