Lead Paint

The LPC Module is a utility for maintaining renovation recordkeeping and proper documentation required by the EPA’s new Repair, Renovation and Painting (RRP) Rule. The LPC module enables you to record and track lead paint details, customize and print required forms from a template library of RRP documents, plus store the signed/completed forms and documentation as readily available attachments. The admin portion of the LPC modules gives the ability to enter Firms, Renovators and Workers along with contact information, certification numbers, as well as attach a scan of the appropriate certification. The new LPC function also integrates with zillow.com so you can easily search for Year Home Built (where available).

To Add Lead Paint:

Click on the Admin link within MarketSharp, then choose the Lead Paint link within the Company Setup area. Now you can begin to enter the details within Lead Paint about your Company, Renovators, and Workers – as well as contact info, certification number, and certification documents.

To Enter Details about Leads or Customers:

Click on the Paint Roller Icon within the Inquiries & Appointments tab in Leads Record View. Or within Customers, click on either the Inquiries & Appointments tab or the Jobs tab as illustrated.

 

Once in the Lead Paint pop-up window (either in Leads or Customers) search for “Year Home Built” with Zillow.com (where available) and enter details about Pre-1978, Lead Paint existence, Housing Type and whether it’s Child-Occupied. Record the Firm, Renovator and Workers.  Plus, it is easy to add/attach any required RRP documentation.

 

To PRINT or EDIT RRP documents for Leads:

The LPC module also allows for the ability to customize and print required forms from a template library of RRP documents. The MarketSharp LPC functionality comes with the required documents for Lead Paint compliance.

To print, edit or view LPC documents for Leads, simply click on the Print Assistant link within  the Leads section.  Click Print Wizard and then choose Letter Files.

To PRINT or EDIT RRP documents for Customers:

The RRP templates allow for the ability to customize and print required forms for customers.

To print, edit or view LPC documents in Customers, simply click on the Print Assistant link  under the Customers section. Click Print Wizard and then choose Letter Files.
