What is Listen360?

How to use Listen360?

To begin the Listen360 integration, your company would want to speak with their MarketSharp account representative. This would be an addition to the subscription, the rep will have all necessary information to have your organization managing your customer feedback. If you’d like to speak with your representative, call 800-335-4254.

 

Now your organization has acquired a Listen360 account. It is time to determine when those surveys should be automatically sent to the lead and/or customer. To begin this setup, the MarketSharp system administrator will want to follow these steps:

Click on the Admin link from the drop-down in the upper right corner of MarketSharp

Find the Apps & Add-ons Setup box and click Listen360 Maintenance

When Should Listen360 Surveys be Sent?

There are two overall scenarios for when Listen360 surveys can be sent:

  1. After a completed job (Customer Finished Job Setup)
  2. After a sales appointment (Unsold Leads Feedback)

The user must Enable each scenario for surveys to be sent. Without enabling, this will not be sent. See below:

Determine Completed Jobs Setup

Enter the number of days you wish the survey to be sent after a completed job

All Job Types – Will send a request no matter the job type

Select Job Types – Allows user to choose one (1) or multiple Job Types

All Lead Sources – This option allows for all Lead Sources to be selected when determining which feedback requests to send

Select Lead Sources – Allows user to choose one (1) or multiple Primary and/or Secondary Lead Sources for feedback requests to be sent

Determine Unsold Leads Setup

Enter the amount of days after the appointment a survey should be sent

Place a check in the box beside the appointment results when a survey should be sent

Select All – Sends a survey no matter the Product Interest

Select Product – Individually determine which Product Interest(s) when a survey should be sent

All Lead Sources – This option allows for all Lead Sources to be selected when determining which feedback requests to send

Select Lead Sources – Allows user to choose one (1) or multiple Primary and/or Secondary Lead Sources for feedback requests to be sent

Click Save at the bottom of the page.
