Our Training Program
Our tech support team aims to be as flexible as possible in offering help and training to our customers. No question is too big or small, you can’t contact us too much! Most of our tech support is unscheduled, you can reach us by phone, email or chat.
Typically we schedule trainings for new users, new companies, refreshers, or calls where people would like to go through a part of the program with a tech support team member on the phone with them.
The MarketSharp tech support team is available from 7:30 to 5:30 Monday through Thursday and 7:30 to 5:00 on Friday.
We have 4 ways we typically offer support:
Unscheduled Phone Calls: Reach out to us at (800)596-4368. Most of our tech support happens with unscheduled phone calls.
Scheduled Trainings: If you would like to setup a a scheduled training. We can schedule trainings at 10am and 2pm Central each day. For a training call (Basic Admin Training, or Basic Data Entry Training), feel free to give us a call at (800)596-4368 and we will be able to put you on our calendar.
