To print a survey, first put the survey into the Quick Print Drop-Down. Then it is very quick and easy to create a survey for any customer! First, click on the Contacts tab.
Next click on Print Assistant under Customers.
Next click on Quick Print Setup.
Choose Other Mailers, then put a check in the box to the left of Customer Survey – Detailed.
There is no save button, once a check is in the box, return to the Customers Record View and see the Customer Survey – Detailed in the Quick Print drop down.
Select Customer Survey – Detailed, then click the PDF logo to the right of the drop down.
Click Download PDF and see the Customer Survey – Detailed for the customer selected. You can also edit the look and feel of the survey or add a new survey if you wish.
