Enhancements and Updates!

Check out the latest release! It includes enhancements, updates and fixes that were next in line for release! Even though many of these enhancements contribute behind the scenes, you will notice some major fixes and they will make your MarketSharp experience simply, BETTER!

    • The help portal “Submit Your Idea” button has been changed to a new form. It also gives an option to vote on features from what other users have requested
    • Updated the “Send feedback” link to provide more transparency of what is to come.
    • “Give us feedback” button directs you to a form to fill out for feature requests. It also gives an option to vote on features from what other users have requested (same as the Feature Request form).
  • System Setup tab has been added to Call Center Setup in Admin and Corporate Admin
  • Call Center Dashboard displays Call Ins in Current Calls and Completed Calls
  • Removed the On Queue and Ignored categories within the Rules dropdown on the Assignments Page
  • Agent rules now limit the calls available without having a calling queue rule applied
    • Matching Rules and Available to Call Now counts will have dashes instead of counts
  • The same Marketing Queue can no longer be used for multiple calling queues
  • Added Next Call Date above Marketing Queue when viewing the contact’s record. The Next Call Date will indicate one of the following:
    • If the contact will not be called
    • Date and time of next call in the Call Center
    • If the date and time came from an override or callback
  • The last Call Center activity result can now update the Marketing Queue based on the calling queue’s automation rules
  • Added a help icon on the Assignments page for rules
    • “Rules determine which contacts are available to call. Contacts will not be removed from this queue.”
  • Removed the Call Center v1 Migration Tool


    • Fixed a bug where “No Due Date/Time” and “X Days at X Time After Added” caused the Due Date/Time to switch to “Immediately When Added”
    • Fixed a bug where applying/removing a rule to a queue no longer resets the call number for affected contacts
    • Fixed a bug where payments without a date would cause an error upon saving
  • LEAP
    • Fixed a bug where the marketing queue did not update in MarketSharp when resulting an appointment in Leap.
    • Fixed a bug where lead paint merge fields would not work
