Enhancements and Updates!

Check out the latest release! It includes enhancements, updates and fixes that were next in line for release! Even though many of these enhancements contribute behind the scenes, you will notice some major fixes and they will make your MarketSharp experience simply, BETTER!

ENHANCEMENTS

  • CALL CENTER
    • Added a new option to the Call Frequency Call Due Rules
      • Due In X Days, At X Time After Previous Call

FIXES

  • ACTIVITY PROCESS
    • Fixed a bug where entering in a blank/zero time for “X Days at X Time After Added” would default to “X Days, X Hours, X Minutes After Added”.
  • CALL CENTER
    • The MarketSharp footer now shows up at the bottom of the Call Center System Setup page
    • Fixed a bug where the marketing queue would change to the default Call-In queue’s marketing queue if the calling queue was suspended upon taking a Call-In.
    • Fixed a bug where the default Call-In selection was always showing the top selection regardless of what was saved.
    • Fixed a bug where saving the rules page would cause an error
