What is “Resulting an Appointment?”

Resulting an appointment is done after an appointment has taken place. This informs users of MarketSharp of the decision made by the lead after a sales pitch has occurred.

Why Result an Appointment?

  • Inform staff of Appointment Status
  • Transfers a Sold Lead to a Customer
  • Initiates Automation Rules
  • Provides Data for Reports

How to Result an Appointment

Go to the Contacts Tab, then click on Leads Record View

Click on the Inquires & Appointments Tab

Click the Edit link over on the right side of the screen

Select the Appt Result
