Report Columns Displayed Description
Performance Ratio Also known as the “Rodney Ratio” — Demo Rate (Lead Issued to Demo) + Closing Ratio (demo to close) = Performance Ratio. EXAMPLE: 70% (demo rate) = 40% (closing rate) = 110 Performance Ratio.

Salesperson The salesperson for which the corresponding numbers are for
Appointments Tallies the number of appointments with an appointment date and time
Presentations Tallies the number of appointments with an appointment result that means presentation.
Takes the number of presentations divided by the number of appointments and displays it as a percent
Gross Sales Tallies the number of appointments that have an appointment result that means sold.
Takes the number of Gross Sales divided by the number of presentations and displays it as a percent.
Displays the total dollar amount of the Gross Sales (Gross Sales are all jobs regardless of the job’s contract status).
Cancellations Tallies the number of jobs that have a contract status of Cancelled.
Takes the number of jobs that have a contract status of Cancelled divided by the number of Gross Sales and displays it as a percent.
Displays the total dollar amount of the jobs that have a contract status of Cancelled.
Finance Rejects Tallies the number of jobs that have a contract status of Finance Rejected.
Takes the number of jobs that have a contract status of Finance Rejected divided by the number of Gross Sales and displays it as a percent.
Displays the total dollar amount of the jobs that have a contract status of Finance Rejected.
Pending Tallies the number of jobs that have a contract status of Pending.
Takes the number of jobs that have a contract status of Pending divided by the number of Gross Sales and displays it as a percent.
Displays the total dollar amount of the jobs that have a contract status of Pending.
Net Sales Tallies the number of jobs that have a contract status of Approved.
Takes the number of jobs that have a contract status of Approved divided by the number of Appointments and displays it as a percent.
ys the total dollar amount of the jobs that have a contract status of Approved.
