MarketSharp has an employee Time Sheet that can record and employee’s hours worked in whole numbers.
This time sheet is designed to work with the report called Call Center Report. It calculates the hours worked versus number of activities closed by user. We do not recommend using this time sheet for things such as Payroll. Time Sheet is a permission, so it may not be available to everyone. If it is not available, contact your system admin to add the permission for you to gain access.
Time Sheet Permissions
Click Admin in the upper right corner and select Employee Maintenance
Click the picture of the blue key to the left of the user’s name you wish to modify permissions for
Expand the Feature Permissions and then My Account
Check which permissions you wish to give the user and then save
View Time Sheet – will allow a user to view their time sheet by clicking on My Account
Edit Time Sheet – will allow a user to click My Account and edit their time sheet
Delete Time Sheet – will allow a user to delete their time sheet
Adding Time to the Time Sheet
Hover over your log in name and select My Account in the upper right corner and then click on the Time Sheet link
Select the week that you want to enter hours for and then click Add new
Add in the hours for days you need to and click Save on the left
If the user has permission to do so, they can Edit or Delete the time entries on the left
