When Michelle is lucky enough to meet a MarketSharp customer in person, there’s usually a moment of recognition that occurs. As the moderator of MarketSharp webinars, Michelle’s voice is instantly known. What gets our attention is Michelle’s continued enthusiasm around the office – just as infectious now as it was in the very beginning of the company. She also knows how to turn it down and take a break. At her Kickin’ Back Kabin, it’s boating, fishing, and campfires that get her full attention. Luckily for us, we get to experience the joy of river life ourselves as Michelle generously hosts the annual company party.

This determination is carried into her work. Romi does everything she can to not only solve customer problems but to give them the tools they’ll need to move forward. Her skills as a nurturer are also useful when answering the call for help at MarketSharp – she can put even the most panicked customer at ease. And with the nickname of Smiley, she’s more than happy to do it.

The only thing certain about Kelsey’s day is what she’s going to eat for lunch. Every day, Kelsey works hard to solve any problems that customers might have. No matter how big or complex, she is committed to finding the answer to whatever customers need help with. When she’s not in the office, you can usually find her in the kitchen. Her love for all things food-related spans far, but as a true Wisconsinite – cheese is her favorite (National Cheese Day is even on her birthday!). Kelsey treats customers like family, going above and beyond to find answers quickly and efficiently. A natural jokester, customers are usually “cheesing” after working with Kelsey.
